Good for you! I hope you are able to get some justice for the boys - esp. Kevin. I have no doubt in my mind the person who did this to Kevin was a young person. He/she needs to be held accountable & made to take responsibility for his/her actions. Cruelty to animals is often a precursor/indicator of more serious violent inclinations.
